Bard attracts Chimes randomly around the map. When Bard moves near a Chime he collects it, gaining 24% Move Speed (stacking up to 10 times) while out of combat for 20 seconds, 1 × Experience per chime (in-game value) Experience, and restoring 12% max Mana.
Bard attracts a Meep every 1 × Meep spawn interval (s) (in-game value) seconds (max: 1 × Maximum meeps (in-game value)). Bard's Attacks consume a Meep to deal an additional (30 + 40% Ability power) plus 6 per 5 Chimes magic damage, plus additional effects based on Chimes collected.
Meep spawn time and max both improve with number of Chimes. At 5 Chimes, Meeps also Slow by 1 × Meep slow (%) (in-game value)% for 1s. At 15 Chimes, Meeps also hit in an area around and behind the enemy. At 35 Chimes, the area is larger. The Move Speed can stack up to 150%. The Experience increases by 1 per minute after 5 minutes.
