Rell's Attacks and Abilities steal 3% Armor and 3% Magic Resist for 5 seconds. Max: 15%. Basic attacks deal (5% Armor + 5% Magic resist) magic damage on-hit.
Always steals at least 1.5（1.5–3 (Lv1–18)）. Does not steal from minions or Epic jungle monsters.
Rell thrusts her lance, Stunning targets for 0.65 seconds, destroying all Shields, and dealing (60 + 60% Ability power) magic damage.
Passive - Mounted Alacrity: Rell gains 20 Move Speed while mounted.
Active - Ferromancy: Crash Down: Rell leaps off her mount, Knocking Up enemies and dealing (60 + 60% Ability power) magic damage. Rell gains (20 + 11% Maximum health) Shield, which lasts until she remounts.
Rell then enters her armored form, gaining 15% increased Armor and Magic Resist, 20% Attack Speed and 75 Attack Range. In this armored form, she can use Ferromancy: Mount Up.
Rell and an ally charge, gaining 15% Move Speed, increased to 30% when facing enemy champions or each other for 3 seconds. Rell's next Attack or Shattering Strike explodes in an area for (5 + 0.03 × Ability power)% max Health magic damage.
Rell explodes in a magnetic fury, violently Pulling nearby enemies towards herself. Then Rell constantly Drags nearby enemies towards herself and deals (150 + 110% Ability power) magic damage over the next 2 seconds.
