Zilean stores time as Experience at a rate of 2（Lv1–5: 2 / Lv6–10: 3.5 / Lv11–15: 5 / Lv16–20: 6） per 5 seconds. Zilean can grant this Experience to his allies when he has enough to complete their next level up by right-clicking them, and doing so gives Zilean the same amount of Experience. This effect has a 120 second Cooldown.

Experience can't be granted in combat.
Zilean tosses a time-delayed bomb that sticks to the first unit which comes within a small area around it. After 3 seconds it detonates, dealing (75 + 90% Ability power) magic damage.
Placing a second bomb on a unit that already has one detonates the first bomb immediately and Stuns enemies in the blast for 1.1 seconds.
Zilean turns time, reducing his other basic Ability Cooldowns by 10 seconds.
Zilean Slows an enemy champion by 40% or grants an allied champion 40% Move Speed for 2.5 seconds.
Zilean grants a protective time rune to an allied champion for 5 seconds. If the target would die, the rune rewinds their timeline, putting them into Stasis for 3 seconds, then reviving them and restoring (600 + 200% Ability power) Health.
